There is no daily loss limit in the evaluation and the funded stage of the accounts.
Reach the buffer assigned to your funded account (typically the amount of drawdown that you have), then take out profits above the buffer at 80%, and/or within the buffer at a 50% profit split.

I really liked Tradeday, but they send traders live way too fast. I took one 3500$ payout and then they sent me live... which isnt the worst thing in the world, but you have to wait weeks on end till account is setup, then you get much stricter conditions.
reasonable reset costs, rules are straightforward
Sent to live way too fast and live program isnt great
TradeDay was the first prop firm I traded with. At the time, I did not realize that it had more trading restrictions than others. Now they are decently competitive in that regard, but a 5-day Eval does seem excessive now. They limit you to 3 Funded SIMs because it seems they are actually trying to copy Live trades. 95% profit share after 100k lifetime withdrawals. Their EOD accounts are more expensive even with discount codes, but they do have a nice trading community on their forums.
They have been around a long time, and look to be going for a more sustainable business model actually focusing on Live, consistent trading that emphasizes lower risk.
Long Eval process with minimum 5 days.
I have complained about their firm few times. It is the only firm I went live with in 2 weeks. Most might think it is a good thing but it is not. I passed their 150k in week one. Then Took funded account to 5k in 1 day and their deal is you have to stop once you get to 5k because they will NOT pay you anything over the 5k unless you get an approval from them. Then they gave me approval and I made another 7.5k. They paid me 7.5k and moved only 5k to live on week #2... I couldn't trade for almost a month while they set up the live account. Ofcourse I was anxious when I received the live account and lost 4k immediately on day 1 and hit my dll. Next day I lost the remaining and they BANNED me for life. This was over a year ago. I emailed them multiple times and they said they are NOT taking back BANNED traders. Prop trading was very new to me. I did not realize how valuable live account was until I blew it up. They should have given me few more payouts and let me build a bigger buffer before throwing me to the live account. 2 weeks is too soon to send a new trader to live market
Good rules. I traded over a year ago and not sure if the new rules changed. They did send me to live fast. A little toooooo fast for my opinion an drawdown too small for a 150k account size.
I got BANNED for blowing up a 5k funded account on day #2. Almost 15 months since banned and they will not allow me back in.
