5. Prop Firm Listing Methodology

We employ a rigorous and comprehensive methodology for listing and evaluating proprietary trading firms, designed to provide users with reliable and transparent information. The listing process involves due diligence across multiple dimensions, including trading conditions, payout reliability, trader support, operational factors, and other criteria we determine to be relevant. Firms may be evaluated through research, review of public information, analysis of trader feedback, direct submissions, and cross-referencing multiple sources. Our PropScore system uses a standardized, math-based methodology intended to promote consistency in how listed firms are evaluated.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Platform and its entire digital ecosystem, including all content, text, design, graphics, software, logos, branding, layouts, scoring methodology, and proprietary features, are the exclusive intellectual property of PropScore or its licensors. Any attempt to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit our intellectual property without prior written consent is prohibited.

7. Commercial Disclosure

We participate in affiliate programs and commercial relationships with certain proprietary trading firms or related partners listed on the Platform. This means we may earn compensation if a user clicks an affiliate link, uses a referral code, signs up for a service, or completes another qualifying action through the Website. These revenues help sustain our operational infrastructure, research efforts, platform maintenance, and free access model.

7A. Fairness in Scoring & Commercial Neutrality

PropScore is committed to maintaining a consistent and data-driven evaluation framework across all firms listed on the Platform. While PropScore participates in affiliate relationships and may receive compensation from certain firms, the following principles apply: • Uniform Evaluation Methodology: All firms, whether affiliated or not, are evaluated using the same scoring model, criteria, and weighting framework. • No Pay-for-Placement: PropScore does not accept compensation in exchange for preferential rankings, altered scores, or subjective placement. • No Sponsored Score Manipulation: Compensation does not directly modify a firm’s score, rating, or underlying evaluation metrics. • Equal Commercial Opportunity: We seek broad affiliate participation across the industry to support the Platform while preserving a level playing field. Our scoring outputs are generated through a structured, rules-based system designed to promote consistency and comparability across evaluated firms. Affiliate revenue helps keep PropScore available to users at no direct cost and supports the ongoing operation of the service. Users should independently evaluate all firms and should not rely solely on Platform scores when making decisions.

22. CFTC Required Hypothetical Performance Disclaimer

Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all which can adversely affect trading results.
