Top One Futures publishes its commission schedule transparently, allowing traders to review exact trading costs before purchasing an account. Current round-turn commissions include approximately $1.90 for micro contracts (MES, MNQ), $5.76 for standard equity index contracts (ES, NQ), $6.00 for Crude Oil (/CL), and $6.20 for Gold (/GC). Commission rates vary by product, and traders can reference the firm's published fee schedule for the most up-to-date pricing.
Top One Futures uses an end-of-day trailing drawdown system that is generally more stable than intraday models. Traders must also meet minimum activity and profit conditions tied to their account type. Rule enforcement focuses on risk control and maintaining structured progression toward payouts.
Top One Futures uses different consistency rules depending on the account type. Some accounts have no consistency requirement at all, while others range from 15% to 40%: Elite Daily (Evaluation) and Elite Access (Funded) use 40%, Instant SIM Funded uses 20%, Elite SIM Funded uses 25%, and Ignite Funded uses 15%. Notably, Elite Daily Funded and Elite Access Evaluation accounts have no consistency rule, giving traders greater flexibility once funded or while progressing through evaluation. Daily loss limits and drawdown rules still apply where applicable, and violating those can result in account failure.
Top One Futures limits payouts during the simulated funded stage and requires traders to meet applicable profit, consistency, and activity requirements before withdrawals. Once a trader transitions to a live account, the consistency requirement is removed and payout restrictions no longer apply. This provides greater withdrawal flexibility while rewarding traders who successfully reach the live stage.

One of the worst accounts I've seen. Expensive activation, minimum 5 days trading when funded and you need a buffer with a low payout. The only redeeming feature is the sale that is $39 but it's not worth it.

Refund Promised Within 24 Hours, Still Not Resolved After 10 Days I purchased accounts from Top One Futures and was charged significantly more than the advertised price. I immediately contacted support and was told by management, specifically Oscar, that the issue would be resolved within 12–24 hours. More than 10 days later, I am still waiting for the refund to be processed. While I appreciate that the additional accounts were eventually issued and that support has responded to my messages, the billing issue remains unresolved. The lack of follow-through on the promised timeline and the delay in resolving what should be a straightforward overcharge issue have been very frustrating. Customers should carefully review their charges and be aware that refund requests may take much longer than promised. I hope Top One Futures improves its billing accuracy, communication, and refund processing times so that future customers do not have a similar experience.

TOF is an awesome firm run by really honest guys. They may be a bit pricier than others, but their customer support is TOP NOTCH. Best support in the industry in my opinion and that is super important if you run into any account issues.
I traded TOF 25k account, got my first payout from the account. My experience was awesome. The customer support was awesome. and the trading conditions was amazing. I dint experience any issue trading with TOF

I dint like the activation fee on 25k account. I dont think it makes sence to have the same activation fee with bigger accounts. Activation fee should be balanced according to account size
