Propfim is best avoided. I bought four accounts from them, which I lost – entirely my own fault. Having encountered quite a few bugs with their platform, I decided not to buy any more accounts and to move on. A month later, I received a notification from my bank warning me that sums of €78.89, €112.62 and €112.62 – totalling over €300 – had been withdrawn by PropFirm. Of course, I didn’t receive any email notification from Phoenix regarding these withdrawals, although according to their adverts, they’re supposed to send them to you without any issues. I contacted them to ask for a refund for two accounts, via email and Discord (I received no reply from them via email). They replied on Discord to tell me that this is normal because I’d taken out a subscription. I explained that I hadn’t been notified of the renewal and that it isn’t clearly stated anywhere that withdrawals continue even after a failed transaction, which amounts to commercial deception. The only reply I received from Leon was: “Why am I not satisfied with their platform?” I explained that this was not acceptable to me and asked to be refunded for the accounts I hadn’t used, as I was unaware of their subscription policy and had not been notified before the renewal. I haven’t heard back from them since; they’re playing dead. This shows that they’re not a reputable prop firm. If you’ve ever opened an account with them, make sure you deactivate the account on your dashboard, otherwise they’ll take your money without a second thought. Until I’m reimbursed, I’ll do everything I can to warn people about this prop firm. It’s a shame for a French prop firm.
Its a no go account, might seem very lucarative with plans, but worst customer support, buggy platform, will execute extra orders automatically. For example, you bought 1 mini of X at some price and you set TP, it will exit at TP and tae a short. They are not understanding at all in discord and no way to reach anyone regarding these issues except discord.
Good prop firm, but the dashboard and payout rules sync needs to be updated to be quicker.
Journaling is awesome. Dashboard is good and clean.
Bars sometimes don't appear on the chart. Went to take a payout, but the payout rules didn't sync with my account so I was able to request a payout, but it got denied because of rules. would be nice if the rules sync'd faster. Having a moving profit target sucks in sim funded. Payouts are kind of slow and you need to wait two days for the system to catch up to your profits. If you request too soon it get denied. Labs and standard accounts have seperate dashboards, which is lame, but you trade out of the standard account? make it make sense.
Worst Support Ever, I bought 3 account 3 separate times, Got funded twice, every time there was some bs I had to deal with, I was trading same trades on Tradeify and got 4 payouts ever since. Do not trade them, Here are some reasons why 1. Buggy Platform 2. Non existent support 3. Very slow moving firm 4. Review after each eval which takes days 5. Odin took 400$ from my account, I believe because that trade was going green
Good Labs concept
Everything is mostly bad about this firm, I am not sure if Apex or this is worst.
This firm is genuinely impressive. After reviewing their account offerings, the Merit Account stood out immediately, it functions like a straight‑to‑live account, but with even better structure and flexibility. I’m currently working toward my first payout and will update once it’s completed. The website is extremely user‑friendly and guides you through the entire setup process smoothly and clearly.
