Pretty slow with payouts. I took 2 payouts before being flagged for accessing my account while traveling abroad and reset 12k profits. Their rules state "If you use a VPN, VPS, trade copier, copy trading software, or any third-party tool that may change or route your connection through a shared or dynamic IP address, you must inform our Support team in advance. If you are unable to provide proof that explains the shared IP activity, it will be considered an IP sharing violation, and your account may be closed or reset." Despite showing them the IP of where I logged in and travel itinerary they still said it was an IP sharing violation and reset my accounts. This part could have been avoided so yes mainly my fault. However, both payouts were not automatically detected when all criteria was met. Gave it 48 hours and it still did not update. Both times I had to contact support and once you request a payout you are locked from trading for an additional 24 hours. Also before you get your payout, they refund the entire amount you spent on evals which is deducted from your payout.

Writing this currently in the eval phase. Profit target is 1250, consistency is 50%. I make 626 day 1, so I should pass eval if i made over 626 on day 2, right? Nope. The consistency goes up with it. It's not possible to pass in two days yet it's advertised as such. And yes, I did try lowering my profit by opening/closing a position right away, dropping it down to ~629 profit on day 2, and to no avail. Support simply said that "there's a 50% consistency" and then went AFK on me. Maybe not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but if we're doing this on just the eval phase, I can't imagine what other issues there could be later down the line
