I really wanted to like them. And they have recently announced they plan to improve in the areas i want to criticize...So time will tell. At this point, the biggest issue is payouts take FOREVER....My first one took 3 weeks after i submitted to be approved, my second is at almost 2 weeks so far...combined with low payout caps (2500 max payout on a 150k account)... they need to improve in many areas.

This firm used to be good, but things have changed this year. They take a long time to respond to any messages that actually matter. IF asking about new accounts or any questions that would involve a new account being purchased, then support is amazing. But when it comes to an active funded account where they need to pay you instead of you buying a new account, then the support just goes down the drain. I traded with an account up to 7000 profit. I requested a withdrawal.... No response or feedback about this withdrawal for 2 weeks, then after 2 weeks of no trading, they send a message to say that the withdrawal was denied because of a hedging violation that supposedly happened 3 weeks ago. Why didn't the company announce the error to me before I made the $7000 profit. The violation apparently happened on the second day of holding the account but the message to me, telling me about the error only happened 3 weeks later. Very unprofessional to let me trade for 1 week, and wait 2 weeks of no trading and only then telling me about a violation, knowing full well that my payout will be denied.
