General Account Process
Traders choose the account size that fits their trading style and goals. Evaluation accounts are subscription-based unless purchased as a one-time-payment account. Monthly subscriptions renew until the account is validated, canceled, reset, or failed.
To pass evaluation, the trader must reach the profit target without breaking any rules, especially max loss, drawdown, and trading rule requirements.
If an evaluation account fails, the trader may purchase a reset or wait 30 days after purchase for an automatic reset, if applicable.
After passing evaluation and completing the required trading days, the trader becomes eligible for a Phidias CASH account. Once activation fees are paid and the CASH contract is signed, the account is created automatically.
EOD Drawdown Rules
Phidias uses End of Day drawdown. Drawdown is calculated at the end of each trading day and does not trail intraday.
If the account reaches the liquidation level, the account is liquidated.
Evaluation account max authorized losses:
50K account: $2,500
100K account: $3,000
150K account: $4,500
For funded CASH accounts, EOD drawdown stops trailing once it reaches:
50K account: $50,100
100K account: $100,100
150K account: $150,100
Intraday profits do not move the liquidation level during the day. The liquidation level only updates after the trading day closes.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals are available on CASH accounts once the trader meets the trading day requirement, account threshold, minimum withdrawal amount, and post-withdrawal balance requirement.
Minimum withdrawal: $500
Payments are made through RISEWORKS.io.
Profit split: 80% trader / 20% Phidias
Account Minimum Thresholds
Traders must reach or exceed the account minimum threshold before requesting a withdrawal.
50K account: $52,600 balance, meaning $2,600 profit required
100K account: $103,700 balance, meaning $3,700 profit required
150K account: $154,500 balance, meaning $4,500 profit required
If the balance drops below the threshold, the account is not automatically failed, but the trader must reach the threshold again before requesting another withdrawal.
Required Balance After Withdrawal
After withdrawal, the account balance cannot fall below:
50K account: $50,100
100K account: $100,100
150K account: $150,100
Any withdrawal request that would bring the account below the required balance will be refused.
Maximum Withdrawal Per Period
50K account: up to $2,000 per payment period
100K account: up to $2,500 per payment period
150K account: up to $2,750 per payment period
If a trader has multiple eligible accounts, they may withdraw up to the maximum amount from each account during the same payment period.
Trading Day Requirements for Withdrawals
The trader must complete 10 separate qualifying trading days before requesting the first payout.
For the first 3 withdrawal requests, each request also requires 10 separate qualifying trading days between withdrawal requests.
A trading day only counts if the account has positive PnL of at least:
50K account: $150
100K account: $200
150K account: $250
Trading days are counted after market close and after the system updates. If today is the 10th trading day, the withdrawal request cannot be submitted until that trading day has closed and updated.
The 10-day count is based on withdrawal request dates, not approval dates, payment dates, or when funds are received.
Live Transition Rules
Traders may be proposed for transition from CASH to LIVE after meeting Phidias transition requirements or by risk management decision.
A trader can only have one LIVE account.
LIVE account credit may be based on remaining active CASH account balances at the time of transition, as long as the account balance is above the required minimum.
Maximum LIVE credits:
50K CASH account: up to $750
100K CASH account: up to $1,000
150K CASH account: up to $1,250
If a trader already has a LIVE account and passes another challenge that would normally create another LIVE account, the applicable credit is added to the existing LIVE account instead.
Challenge Restrictions After LIVE Transition
If the trader transitions to LIVE through a Fundamental or Swing account, they can no longer participate in Fundamental or Swing challenges. They may only participate in 10K Drawdown and 25K Static challenges.
If the trader transitions through 25K Static, they can no longer participate in 25K Static challenges after reaching the equivalent of 5 accounts. They may still participate in 10K Drawdown, Fundamental, and Swing challenges.
If the trader transitions through 10K Drawdown, they can no longer participate in 10K Drawdown challenges. They may still participate in 25K Static, Fundamental, and Swing challenges.
Overnight and Over-Week Positions
Fundamental accounts must close all positions before the end of the trading day. Failure to close positions before the deadline results in account disqualification.
Fundamental account trading day ends at 9:59 PM UTC.
Swing accounts may hold positions overnight and over the weekend, based on the allowed lot size for the account.
Fundamental Account Trading Hours
Fundamental accounts may trade during CME Globex hours:
Sunday to Friday, 11:00 PM to 9:59 PM UTC
There is a daily 60-minute break starting at 9:59 PM UTC.
Traders are responsible for checking official CME trading hours and holiday schedules.
News Trading
News trading is allowed on all account types.
One-tick Treasury bond arbitrage strategies are prohibited. Treasury bond traders must contact Phidias to request CBOT market data activation. Bond-related payout requests may receive additional review.
Authorized Accounts and Copy Trading
Traders may hold up to:
5 CASH Fundamental accounts
5 CASH Swing accounts
5 25K CASH / LIVE Static accounts
2 150K CASH Fundamental accounts
2 150K CASH Swing accounts
150K accounts count as two standard accounts, so they are limited to 2 per strategy type.
There is no limit on evaluation accounts.
Copy trading is allowed within Phidias as long as the trader stays within the authorized account limits. Third-party copy trading software is the trader’s responsibility.
Exceeding funded account limits may result in account loss or refused payouts.
Consistency and Trading Behavior
Phidias expects traders to use a defined trading system with consistent entries, exits, stops, risk management, and position sizing.
Prohibited or restricted behavior includes:
Fully automated trading bots
High-frequency trading
Exploiting the simulated environment
Lottery-style trading
Excessive risk taking
Opposite-direction trades across multiple accounts to game payouts
Full-margin trading during high-volatility news
Illiquid contract trading
Spread trading between maturities on the same product
One-tick Treasury bond arbitrage
Semi-automated tools may be allowed if the trader actively monitors and manually manages the trades.
30% Consistency Rule
The 30% consistency rule applies only to CASH accounts.
No single trading day may represent more than 30% of total account profits.
If a day exceeds 30%, the account is not automatically failed. The trader must increase total profits until the largest trading day becomes 30% or less of total profit.
Minimum calculation period: 4 days
Example: If total profit is $1,000, the largest profit day cannot exceed $300. If the best day is $330, total profit must increase to at least $1,100.
Activation Fees
Activation fees are one-time lifetime fees per CASH account until failure.
25K Static: $80
50K Fundamental: $149
100K Fundamental: $149
150K Fundamental: $169
50K Swing: $149
100K Swing: $149
150K Swing: $169
One-time-payment accounts include both evaluation and CASH access with no separate activation fee.
25K Static Account Rules
25K Static accounts provide simplified access to LIVE.
Profit target: $1,500
Static loss limit: $500
Maximum accounts: 5
Consistency rule: None
Minimum trading days: None
News trading: Allowed
Activation fee: $80 lifetime
Payout timing: From D+1 of CASH account
Profit split: 80% trader / 20% Phidias
Each validated 25K Static CASH account gives the trader a $1,000 payout bonus and may add LIVE account credit. A trader can validate up to 5 Static accounts.
In LIVE, payouts may be requested daily with no maximum payout cap, as long as the request is at least $500 and the account remains above initial balance plus $100.
Overnight and over-week trading are not allowed unless specifically approved.
ELITE LIVE and MASTER LIVE
ELITE LIVE requires at least 60 live trading days and a $125,000 balance or cumulative LIVE payouts. The live account receives a $25,000 balance addition.
MASTER LIVE requires at least 120 live trading days and a $250,000 balance or cumulative LIVE payouts. The live account receives a $50,000 balance addition.
Wallet and Phidias Points
The Phidias Wallet is a closed system. It can receive funds only from Phidias-approved payouts and cannot be funded externally.
Wallet funds may be withdrawn to Rise or transferred to a LIVE account.
If wallet funds are transferred to a LIVE account, the transferred amount represents the trader’s max authorized loss. Phidias adds required margin separately.
Profits from LIVE accounts are paid directly to the trader’s Rise account and do not return to the wallet.
Phidias Points are internal platform credits only. They are not transferable outside the Phidias ecosystem and are not official currency or cryptocurrency.
Refund and Chargeback Policy
All subscriptions and purchases are final. Phidias does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or partial credits unless specifically stated.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account deactivation and a permanent ban from future purchases.
This rule applies only to CASH accounts.
If your total profit is $1,000 on your account, one of the previous days cannot exceed $300 (30% of $1,000 = $300), but if it does, no worries, you need to increase your total profit. For example, if you make $330 on your best day, you just need to increase your total profit from $1,000 to $1,100 and you enter the consistency rule (30% of $1,100 = $330).
In one day, you cannot calculate your consistency rule because in one day you reach 100% of total profit.
The minimum calculation period is 4 days. For example, if you make $1,000 in 4 days ($250 each day), your best profit day is $250, and $250 out of $1,000 total profit represents 25%.
But if, out of those 4 days, you have one day at $350, one day at $100 and two other days at $250, it’s still $1,000. HOWEVER, your best profit day is $350. A day at $350 out of $1,000 total profit exceeds 30% of total profit ($350 out of $1,000 represents 35%).
At Phidias Propfirm, we understand the importance of financial flexibility for our traders. Here’s how payments work on your Phidias-CASH account:
Minimum Withdrawal: You can request a withdrawal after a period of 10 trading days, provided that your account reaches or exceeds the minimum threshold. The minimum authorized withdrawal is $500.
Payout requests can be made on any day of the week as long as the conditions are met (Updated July 15, 2025).
Account Minimum Thresholds: Account minimum thresholds vary depending on the size of your account. Here are the current minimum thresholds:
$50,000 account – $52,600 ($2,600)
$100,000 account – $103,700 ($3,700)
$150,000 account – $154,500 ($4,500)
10K DRAWDOWN account (see specific 10K DRAWDOWN account rules section 18. 10K DRAWDOWN Account Rules)
If your balance falls below the account’s minimum threshold, this is not in itself a fault, but you will have to reach the account’s minimum threshold again before you can make a withdrawal request.
Account Balance After Withdrawal:
The account balance after withdrawal can never be below:
$50,100 for a 50K Swing or Fundamental account
$100,100 for a 100K Swing or Fundamental account
$150,100 for a 150K Swing or Fundamental account
10K DRAWDOWN account (see specific 10K DRAWDOWN account rules section 18. 10K DRAWDOWN Account Rules)
All withdrawal requests that do not comply with the minimum account balance rules will be refused by Phidias Propfirm.
Processing Fees:
When a withdrawal is initiated and processed, Phidias Propfirm will deduct a 20% commission from the withdrawal amount, while the remaining 80% will be credited to your RISEWORKS account.
For a payment request with Phidias Propfirm, certain conditions must be met. You are required to have made actual trades for a minimum of 10 (ten) separate and individual trading days, in accordance with our guidelines, before being eligible to make your first payment request. Additionally, for the first 3 withdrawal requests, each request also requires a minimum of 10 (ten) separate trading days between them. It is important to note that these 10 active trading days extend from one request to the next and are not linked to the approval dates of previous requests, when funds were deducted from the trading account, or when payments were sent or received. In other words, a minimum of 10 separate trading days must be respected between each withdrawal request, whether it was approved or refused.
A trading day is counted only if it shows a positive PnL of at least: $150 for a 50k account, $200 for a 100k account, and $250 for a 150k account.
Please note that our system only considers a trading day as complete after market close and at the start of the 11th day. For example, if today is your 10th trading day, you will not be able to submit a withdrawal request until the close and update of that 10th day. It is important to understand that our system is automated, and no exceptions can be made outside these rules. If you fail to meet a deadline, your payment request will be carried over to the next payment request period, where it will be processed.
To check the number of trading days you have accumulated, you can consult your Phidias Client Dashboard. If you have not yet reached the minimum number of trading days required, you will have to wait to make your request.
The minimum withdrawal amount is $500. In addition, a minimum required balance must be maintained after payment when you are on CASH accounts. These maximum payment amounts are detailed below. It should be noted that each withdrawal is counted as a “withdrawal”. These maximum limits remain in force until the trader is in a LIVE account.
When you receive income from Phidias Propfirm, you are treated as a sole trader. You must keep your address up to date with us to receive your funds, and your payment information must match your registration information (same legal or natural person, and same address).
A maximum withdrawal amount is set according to the size of your CASH account. You are authorized to make a withdrawal request at any time, provided you meet the minimum balance requirements and wait at least 10 trading days between each request.
The maximum withdrawal amount for each payment period depends on the size of your account:
$50,000 account: You can withdraw up to $2,000 per payment period.
$100,000 account: You can withdraw up to $2,500 per payment period.
$150,000 account: You can withdraw up to $2,750 per payment period.
If you have multiple accounts, you can withdraw up to the maximum amount from each account during each payment period. For example, you can withdraw up to $2,750 from each account once per payout.
Phidias Propfirm cannot provide tax advice or answer questions about taxes, declarations, citizenship, work visas or other tax issues. Please do not submit tax questions to the support service, but rather contact a tax advisor or accountant in your jurisdiction.
Payment Options: Payments are made via RISEWORKS.io. At Phidias Propfirm, we are committed to offering you a simple, transparent and fast payment process.
Global Withdrawal Rules and Transition to LIVE Account (2025 Update)
Example 1:
Trader reaches a total withdrawal amount of $75,000 from CASH accounts = last payment within threshold limit:
When the trader reaches a cumulative total withdrawal of $75,000 from CASH accounts, they will receive their last payout within this threshold limit.
LIVE Account Credit: Once the threshold is reached, the trader’s LIVE account will be credited according to the remaining balances on their still active CASH accounts, provided they are greater than the initial balance +$100, and within the following limits:
Up to $750 LIVE credit for each active CASH 50K account.
Up to $1,000 LIVE credit for each active CASH 100K account.
Up to $1,250 LIVE credit for each active CASH 150K account.
Example 2:
Proposal for early switch to LIVE account = Payout limited to withdrawal period threshold:
Early switch to LIVE account, the payout will be made in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the contract, respecting the withdrawal limits applicable to the first three withdrawals per account and within the total limit of $75,000.
LIVE Account Credit:
The trader’s LIVE account will be credited according to the remaining balances on their still active CASH accounts, provided they are greater than the initial balance, and within the following limits:
Up to $750 LIVE credit for each active CASH 50K account.
Up to $1,000 LIVE credit for each active CASH 100K account.
Up to $1,250 LIVE credit for each active CASH 150K account.
Additional Notes
LIVE credits are calculated based on active balances remaining at the time of withdrawal. These rules are designed to reward high-performing traders while offering them an optimized and smooth transition to a LIVE account.
Practical Example:
A trader has accumulated a total of $73,000 in payouts at Phidias PropFirm and has 5 active CASH 50K Fundamental accounts with the following balances:
Account 1: Balance of $58,000 (eligible for payout).
Accounts 2, 3, and 4: Balances of $51,500 each (not eligible for payout but higher than initial balance).
Account 5: Balance of $49,500 (lower than initial balance, therefore lost).
Payout Request and Transition to LIVE Account
The trader requests a payout on account 1 during the next period, enabling them to reach the total authorized withdrawal limit of $75,000. Here’s how it works:
They will receive a payout of $2,000 for account 1, thus reaching the total authorized withdrawal limit of $75,000.
A proposal to switch to a LIVE account will then be made.
LIVE Account Credit Terms
The credit on their LIVE account will be calculated as follows:
Account 1: After the payout, the balance goes from $58,000 to $56,000 (higher than the initial balance of 50K). They will therefore receive a $750 credit on their LIVE account.
Accounts 2, 3, and 4: Although not eligible for payout, their balances of $51,500 (above the initial balance) allow a credit of $750 per account, for a total of $2,250.
Account 5: Its balance of $49,500 (less than the initial balance) results in the loss of this account, with no credit to the LIVE account.
LIVE Account and Challenge Rules
LIVE Account Uniqueness
A trader can only have one LIVE account. Once a trader has switched to a LIVE account, their options for participating in other challenges depend on the type of account from which the switch was made:
Switch to LIVE account via a Fundamental or Swing account:
*No longer eligible for Fundamental and Swing challenges.
*Can only participate in 10K Drawdown and 25K Static challenges.
Switch to LIVE account via 25K Static accounts:
*No longer eligible for 25K Static challenges. (5 accounts max)
*Can only participate in 10K Drawdown, Fundamental, and Swing challenges.
Winner of the 10K Drawdown Challenge:
*Can no longer participate in 10K Drawdown challenges.
*Can only participate in 25K Static, Fundamental, and Swing challenges.
Credit for Other Challenge Successes
If a trader who already has a LIVE account successfully completes another challenge that would normally lead to the opening of a LIVE account, they will not receive a second LIVE account. Instead, the amounts intended for this type of account will be credited directly to their active LIVE account.
