These rules apply to HyperTicks accounts purchased on or after July 20, 2026; legacy accounts retain their original terms. Beginner, HYPER, and Instant Pro+ use End-of-Day trailing drawdown, while Instant Flex uses a 4% intraday trailing drawdown. Reaching the Maximum Loss Limit is a hard breach. Beginner and HYPER evaluations have no completion deadline, and HYPER has no minimum evaluation trading-day requirement. Current program cards list maximums of 3 Beginner, 3 HYPER, and 3 Instant Pro+ accounts; Instant Flex has no account-specific limit stated. A separate firm-wide policy caps traders at 5 active funded accounts and $500,000 total funded allocation.
Only the registered owner may trade the account. Device sharing, third-party management, copy trading, coordinated trading, correlated hedging, fully automated bots, signal mirroring, cross-instrument contract-limit bypasses, simulated-fill abuse, bracket manipulation, and exploitative microscalping are prohibited. Occasional short-duration trades are not automatically violations, but repeated trades under approximately 15 seconds, tiny profit targets, tight brackets, and high-frequency execution may be flagged. Risk may not exceed 2% per trade idea, or 1.5% on Instant Flex. Traders may not open positions within 2% of a CME price limit. Trading is permitted from 6:00 p.m. to 4:10 p.m. ET; positions auto-close at 4:10 p.m. on normal sessions, but traders must close manually before shortened holiday closes. No new trades may be opened within 5 minutes before or after Tier 1 news, and existing stop-loss or take-profit orders may not be modified during that window. Beginner and Instant Pro+ require weekly trading activity; HYPER requires one trade every 30 calendar days.
Beginner accounts use 35% consistency during evaluation and 40% during Sim Funded payout qualification. Their soft Daily Loss Limits are $500 on $25K, $1,000 on $50K, and $2,000 on $100K in both phases. HYPER accounts have no consistency rule and no evaluation DLL; funded DLLs are $500 on $25K and $1,000 on $50K. HyperTicks’ dedicated HYPER FAQ lists the $100K funded DLL as $1,500, while the current funded card shows $2,000, so that amount requires confirmation.
Instant Pro+ accounts have no consistency rule and use soft DLLs of $625 on $25K, $1,250 on $50K, and $2,500 on $100K. Instant Flex has no consistency rule and no DLL, but remains subject to its 4% intraday trailing drawdown and 1.5% maximum risk-per-trade rule. Reaching a soft DLL pauses trading until the next trading day; reaching the Maximum Loss Limit permanently breaches the account.
Beginner accounts require 5 winning days per payout, with minimum daily profits of $100 on $25K, $150 on $50K, and $200 on $100K, plus 40% funded consistency. Payout caps are $800 on $25K; $1,500, $1,750, $2,000, $2,250, then $2,500 on $50K; and $2,000, $2,500, $2,750, $3,000, then $3,500 on $100K. The minimum payout is $250, the profit split is 90/10, and each request is limited to 50% of profit earned during the current payout cycle or the applicable payout cap, whichever is lower. After payout, the loss threshold locks at $25,100, $50,100, or $100,100.
HYPER accounts require 5 winning days per payout, with minimum daily profits of $125 on $25K, $250 on $50K, and $500 on $100K. Payout caps are $1,000, $2,000, and $3,000 respectively, with a $250 minimum request and 90/10 split. HYPER does not state a 50% withdrawal restriction, but the trader must retain a post-payout balance of starting balance plus $100.
Instant Pro+ requires 10 qualifying days for the first payout, 8 for the second, 6 for the third, and 5 for the fourth and later payouts. Each qualifying day must close with at least 0.5% profit, and the account must be positive since the previous payout. Payout caps are $1,100 on $25K, $2,000 on $50K, and $3,000 on $100K. The minimum request is 1% of starting balance, or $250, $500, and $1,000 respectively. The split is 90/10, and each request is limited to 50% of current-cycle profit or the payout cap. The account fee is refunded with the fourth payout, and the post-payout loss threshold locks at starting balance plus $100.
Instant Flex requires 6 profitable days per payout, each closing with at least 0.5% profit. Payout caps are $2,000 on $25K and $4,000 on $50K, with each request limited to 50% of current-cycle profit or the payout cap. After the first payout request, the intraday trailing drawdown stops trailing and the Maximum Loss Limit moves to break-even. Current site terms indicate a 90/10 split, although the dedicated Instant Flex FAQ does not separately restate it.
Payouts are first credited to the HyperTicks Wallet. External withdrawals are available from the 5th–10th and 20th–25th of each month through Rise or cryptocurrency; Rise charges a $35 fee. KYC is completed through Rise after the first payout request.
