For Traders futures commissions are 0.2% per order, minimum $3.
No futures-specific news trading restriction was found in the provided For Traders futures rules. Any news restriction that only applies to Forex should not be applied to Futures unless For Traders confirms otherwise.
Futures trading is available Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM CT to 3:10 PM CT.
Positions left open after market hours may be automatically closed by For Traders.
For Futures accounts, inactivity is based on when a position is closed, not when it is opened. Simply opening a trade does not reset the inactivity timer.
Fast Futures accounts have a 7-day inactivity limit during the Challenge Phase and a 14-day inactivity limit on the Master Account.
Instant Futures accounts have a 7-day inactivity limit.
Trading activity must reflect a genuine strategy. Minimal trades placed only to avoid inactivity may not qualify as meaningful trading.
For Traders prohibits strategies and behavior that do not reflect independent, genuine trading skill. This includes arbitrage, HFT, grid trading, tick scalping, martingale, cross-account hedging, inbound copy trading, group trading, signal trading, and gambling-style trading.
All trades must be held for at least 5 seconds.
Automated bots and emulators are prohibited. EAs may only be used as support tools if the trader remains the decision-maker. Any system that enters, manages, or exits trades automatically is not allowed.
For Traders also prohibits overleveraging, account rolling, one-sided betting, and passing a Challenge with one oversized trade or multiple trades from the same trading idea that make up more than 70% of the profit target.
Stop-loss is not mandatory.
For Traders may require a verification video call before upgrading an account or processing a reward. If requested, the trader must book the call within 48 hours before For Traders will continue with the upgrade or reward process.
Fast Futures and Fast Pro Futures have a 40% consistency rule during the Challenge Phase only.
The trader’s best trading day must be less than 40% of total accumulated profit. If the best day is 40% or more, the trader must continue trading until the account is back under the limit.
There is no consistency rule on the Fast or Fast Pro Master Account.
Instant Futures has a 15% consistency rule. The trader’s best trading day must stay below 15% of total profits before requesting a reward.
Fast Futures accounts do not have a daily drawdown limit on the Challenge or Master Account.
Fast Pro Futures 50K accounts have a $1,000 daily drawdown on both the Challenge and Master Account.
Instant Futures accounts have a 3% daily drawdown.
Daily Drawdown is calculated each day at 00:00 CE(S)T. For Traders uses the higher of the account balance or equity at the start of the day, then subtracts the fixed daily loss amount. Both open and closed PnL can count toward the daily drawdown.
For Traders uses EOD trailing max drawdown on Futures accounts. The drawdown is based on the highest end-of-day balance reached, minus the fixed drawdown amount for that account.
The max drawdown does not decrease after losses. It also cannot trail above the initial account balance. Once a reward is requested, the trailing drawdown locks at the initial account balance.
If floating loss reaches 2% of the starting balance, For Traders will close all open trades.
On the first occurrence, the account remains active, but the profit split is reduced to 50%.
On the second occurrence, open trades are closed and the account is terminated.
Futures rewards are paid with an 80% profit split unless Drawdown Protection has reduced the account to a 50% profit split.
Traders must leave enough room above the drawdown threshold when requesting a reward. Requesting 100% of gains may cause a breach due to the trailing drawdown rule.
Rewards are available on demand once the trader meets the reward criteria.
To become eligible, the trader must complete 5 profitable days on the Master Account and meet the breakeven drawdown requirement.
For the 25K account, a profitable day requires $100 or more, the breakeven drawdown requirement is $1,250, and the maximum withdrawal per reward cycle is $800.
For the 50K account, a profitable day requires $150 or more, the breakeven drawdown requirement is $2,000, and the maximum withdrawal per reward cycle is $1,500.
For the 100K account, a profitable day requires $200 or more, the breakeven drawdown requirement is $2,500, and the maximum withdrawal per reward cycle is $2,500.
After the first withdrawal, the max drawdown resets or locks at the initial account balance.
Fast Pro rewards are available daily once all reward criteria are met.
To request a reward, the trader must complete 1 profitable day. A profitable day requires the end-of-day balance to be at least $250 above the previous day’s balance.
The account must also meet the $2,000 breakeven drawdown requirement.
For the first 4 reward requests, the EOD balance must be above $52,000. The trader may withdraw profits above $52,000, with a minimum reward of $250 and a maximum reward of $1,200.
The 5th reward request is the final settlement. The EOD balance must be at least $52,000, and the trader may withdraw all remaining profits above $50,000. The maximum final reward is $10,000.
After the 5th reward is processed, the account is automatically closed and marked as breached.
Instant Futures accounts have no Challenge Phase and no profit target.
Rewards are available on demand after the trader completes 7 profitable days, maintains a consistency score under 15%, and reaches the required profit threshold.
For Instant Futures, a profitable day is defined as 0.5% of the starting balance.
For the 25K account, the maximum withdrawal per reward cycle is $1,500.
For the 50K account, the maximum withdrawal per reward cycle is $3,000.
For the 100K account, the maximum withdrawal per reward cycle is $4,500.
Instant Futures has an 80% fixed profit split. No minimum reward amount is stated in the provided futures account rules.
